Sara suggested we head to the Notting Hill metro stop and look around. Once there we realised there was really nothing special about the area.
After some time, we stumbled across a little path into what seemed to be a little park. It turned out to by Hyde Park and Kensington Park, two absolutely giant and absolutely magnificent royal parks beside one another. Much bigger than any park I've been in, save central park possibly. Afterwards, looking at a map, we realised this park takes up maybe like a tenth of downtown london. There were several little lakes within it, and tons of wildlife and children. There were swans, pigeons, ducks, and surprisingly Canadian geese.
Walking further, we eventually found the Princess Di Memorial, an interesting fountain where water circles around downhill around a large cement path.
Although we never found it, this park is the home of the original Speaker's Corner, where apparently people come on a weekly basis to take turns ranting to a crowd.
That night we took it fairly easy. The hostel we were staying at were having some sort of drinking competition, where four guys and two girls were on stage taking turns doing things like removing clothing or taking shots or kissing each other (yes, even the guys were forced to make out). It was crazy. Unforunately I didn't have my camera, and I was much too interested to go get it. Other than that, we ate some absolutely delicious pizza again and went to bed fairly early.
