Tuesday night was a big night. We passed out probably around 4am though I'm not quite sure when it was. Naturally, we woke up at 9:30am, much too late to make it to our ferry at 10. So, again, we were stuck in San Antonio for another night.
Sara and I walked down to the ferry station later in the afternoon to rearrange our ticket so we could leave the next day. To our surprise, hillariously, it turned out that there was no ferry the next day. In fact, there were no more ferries ever -- the season was over! We were stuck in San Antonio forever.
Actually, on the other side of the island, there was still a ferry running. But the next one wasn't leaving until Friday. So we were stuck for two more nights!!
San Antonio is a fun town, but nobody in their right mind would want to stay there for a whole week. It's such a dirty trashy place that doesn't sleep, and we needed a break.
Later that night, we took some pictures of the amazing lightning show in the clouds.. It was later followed by a pretty intense rain storm that seemed to clean up the town a little bit.
Friday, we made our way to Ibiza Town to catch the ferry, and everything went without a problem, thank God. I got a few scenic pictures of the island from the sea. We sailed to Barcelona where we got to spend one last night seeing all the places we had visited before, especially the falafel restaurant.
Saturday, we caught a train to Cerbere, France where we got off to explore and have a beer. After an hour or so we got back on to continue towards Geneve. We got to sleep on the train in a bed which I found was a good sleep.
