We joined a group of other people staying in our apartment for a tour of the Black Forest. Mostly we talked to these two couples from Scotland who were friends with our landlady and tourguide Kathrin. We saw a few historical sights along a short path, then stopped in a small hut on a hill to have coffee and cake. It was very good cake.. but you would hope the Black Forest would have the best Black Forest Cake.
